Ingredients
    For Chicken Marination
  • 750 gm Boneless Chicken
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Peeper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt (Dahi)
    • For the White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp tbsp
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Peeper
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley Leaves
    • Cheese
  • 200 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 gm Cheddar Cheese
    • For Garnish
  • 1 spring Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions

    Marinate the Chicken
    1. In a bowl mix Boneless Chicken, Salt, Paprika Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Peeper Powder, Garlic Paste, Tomato Paste, Vinegar 1 tbsp, Yogurt .1/2 cup.
    2. Set aside for 2 hours.

    Prepare the White Sauce
    1. In a pan add 2 tbsp of Butter
    2. Add all purpose flour 1 tbsp
    3. Stir continuously for 1/2 minutes
    4. Add 1.5 cup milk
    5. Add Salt to taste
    6. Add Black Peeper 1/4 tsp
    7. Add dried Oregano leaves 1/4 tsp
    8. Add dried Parsley leaves 1/4 tsp
    9. Cook Until desired thickness
    10. Turn off the flame.

    1. In a sizzler pan (or any heavy bottom  pan) add the marinated Chicken.
    2. Spread uniformly the White Sauce over the Chicken.
    3. Add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese.
    4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    5. Cook in low flames until cheese melts.
    6. Turkish Style Chiken is ready to be served.
