Boil the Chicken
- In a Pan put 4 cup of water
- Add Chopped Onion
- Add Chopped Garlic and Ginger
- Add Boneless Chicken
- Add Salt
- Boil for 20 minutes

Make the Shredded chicken
- Strain the boiled mixture into a bowl.
- After cooling remove the chicken and make them shredded.
- Keep the stained broth

Final Preparation
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger, garlic, and green chili.
- Saute it for 30 seconds
- Next add carrot, capsicum, beans, and cabbage.
- Saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and let it come to a boil.
- Add soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt, vinegar, and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Now add shredded chicken. Stir to combine.
- Add egg slowly creating a thin ribbon. Gently stir it.
- Let it come to a boil again.
- add cornflour slurry. Add 1 tsp and mix. Check the consistency. If need add one more tsp.
- Cook until the soup thickens. The soup will become glossy and thick.
- Add Coriander leaves (optional) and stir them well.
- Remove from heat.
- Hot and sour chicken soup is ready to serve. Garnish with spring onion greens.
