  1. Roast & Grind

    1. In a pan dry roast 3 tbsp of dry Coconut in low heat.
    2. When the color change, switch of the flame and let it cool down. 
    3. Put it in the grinding jar with 4 green chiiles and grind well.
    4. Put 1 cup of fried Onion and grind well.
  1. Marinate the Mutton

    1. Drain all the excess water from the Mutton.
    2. Add prepared grinded masala in it.
    3. Add 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
    4. Add 150 ml of Mustard Oil.
    5. Add Black Cardamon, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Cloves and peppercorn.
    6. Add Salt as per taste.
    7. Add 150 Gm Curd.
    8. Add 1/2 Cup chopped Corinder.
    9. Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder.
    10. Add 1/2 tsp Peeper Powder.
    11. Add 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
    12. Add Cumin Powder, Corinder Powder and Garam Masala Powder.
    13. Mix all the ingredients very well.
    14. Now cover it it and let it marinate for 2 hour or overnight.
  1. Cook the Mutton

    1. Put the marinated Mutton in a cooking pot.
    2. Cook it on high flame till it starts simmering.
    3. Cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Add 2 cup of water.
    5. Now turn heat to low and cover it with foil wrap or use flour to seal it for Dum.
    6. Cook it for another 40-45 minutes in a low heat.
    7. Leave another 10-15 minutes after switch off the flame.
    8. Garnish with cut Ginger and chopped coriander.
    9. Serve with Roti, Paratha or Rice.
