Roast & Grind
- In a pan dry roast 3 tbsp of dry Coconut in low heat.
- When the color change, switch of the flame and let it cool down.
- Put it in the grinding jar with 4 green chiiles and grind well.
- Put 1 cup of fried Onion and grind well.

Marinate the Mutton
- Drain all the excess water from the Mutton.
- Add prepared grinded masala in it.
- Add 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Add 150 ml of Mustard Oil.
- Add Black Cardamon, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Cloves and peppercorn.
- Add Salt as per taste.
- Add 150 Gm Curd.
- Add 1/2 Cup chopped Corinder.
- Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder.
- Add 1/2 tsp Peeper Powder.
- Add 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- Add Cumin Powder, Corinder Powder and Garam Masala Powder.
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Now cover it it and let it marinate for 2 hour or overnight.

Cook the Mutton
- Put the marinated Mutton in a cooking pot.
- Cook it on high flame till it starts simmering.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cup of water.
- Now turn heat to low and cover it with foil wrap or use flour to seal it for Dum.
- Cook it for another 40-45 minutes in a low heat.
- Leave another 10-15 minutes after switch off the flame.
- Garnish with cut Ginger and chopped coriander.
- Serve with Roti, Paratha or Rice.
